How to monitor and inspect the performance of Islamic councils in the city

The Islamic Council of the city has been established since 2008, and about twenty-two years have passed since the formation of this institution is a good time to review its performance In this study, to evaluate the performance of city councils, different views of experts and members of city councils of the fourth period have been examined and the results of the survey are as follows: There is a response from council members to a specific mechanism for overseeing councils 8.5% are very weak, 39.7% are weak, 14.1% are average, 26.1% are good and 6.4% are very good. In other words, council members believe that there is enough oversight. This answer may be due to the fact that council members monitor the current reform mechanism be controlled more than ever and therefore not so inclined to change the current trend. But in this regard, experts say that 4.3% is very poor, 30.4% is weak, 21.7% is average, 37% is good and 6.5% is very good. In other words, contrary to the views of city council members, the majority of experts believe that there is no specific process for monitoring the performance and approvals of councils. In this study to investigate how to monitor the councils, For this purpose, the questionnaire method has been used and the statistical population includes members of the Islamic councils of the city across the country and experts in areas related to the councils.
