Designing and explaining a model for overcoming decision-making under group and factional pressures in the evaluation and appointment process (Case study: Branch management of Bank Saderat in Isfahan province)

The purpose of this study was to design and explain a model for overcoming decision-making under group and factional pressures in the evaluation and appointment process (Case study: Bank Saderat Isfahan Branch Management). Then, in inferential statistics, in order to check the validity of the questionnaire, confirmatory factor analysis was used and in order to examine the research questions, structural equation modeling (Structural Equation Modeling) with the help of SmartPLS 3 software was used. Variables, the component of factors within the organization has a better rank and has the first rank, and the component of resources and tools for implementing decisions has the second rank and the component of behavioral and personality characteristics of executives has the third rank. Among the indicators, the index of providing the necessary capital and budget is in the first place, and Gobe has the second place in having the appropriate financial and human resources to implement decisions, and in the distribution of rewards, the opinion of people is asked and is in the third place.
