Acilitation of Community-Oriented Processes and its Role on the Physical Development of Peri-urban Neighborhoods of Zabol

Community-centered facilitation is one of the existing mechanisms to development in developing societies. the aim of this article is to investigate the role of community-oriented processes on the physical development of integrated villages in Zabol urban peripheral. The type of research is developmental applied research and according to the method, it has a descriptive-analytical nature. The method of collecting the required information is documentary and survey type. The statistical population of this research is households living in five neighborhoods on the outskirts of the city (244.9 households). According to the number of households in the above neighborhoods, the number of (369) households was obtained as a sample size using Cochran's formula at a confidence level of 95%, and to estimate the sample size in each neighborhood, the proportional distribution rule was used in each neighborhood. In general, 26 questionnaires in Islam Abad, 38 questionnaires in Hossein Abad, 76 questionnaires in Resalat, 99 questionnaires in Masoum Abad and 130 questionnaires in North Hirmand neighborhood were selected as samples. One-sample T-test and ANOVA were used to analyze the data. The results show that the highest and lowest average in the physical component is related to Resalat neighborhood (3.25) and the Hossein Abad neighborhood (2.87) respectively and there is no statistically significant difference between the five neighborhoods in terms of physical dimensions.
