Investigating The Alignment of Human Resources Strategic Planning and Technology Governance on Improving The Performance of Organizations In The Short and Medium term
The current research is based on the evaluation of the alignment relationship of human resource strategic planning and technology governance on improving the performance of organizations in the short and medium term future. The research method is correlational and the statistical population of the research consists of senior managers, mid-level managers, and operational managers of 80 organizations in Tehran who participate in strategic human resource planning processes. In each organization, questionnaires are distributed among these managers in the available sample method. Information is collected through a questionnaireThe validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by academic and industrial experts and the reliability of the tool was achieved with Cronbach's alpha of 0.73. Statistical analysis of the collected data was done using SPSS software. The results of the research indicate that the alignment of technological governance, structural prerequisites, cultural prerequisites and human prerequisites greatly affects the improvement of the organization's performance in the short and medium term.
