The Role Of Strategic Management Of Human Resources On Supply Chain Efficiency

The present study aims to investigate the strategic management of human resources on the efficiency of the supply chain. This research is applied and descriptive-survey type. The statistical population of this research included senior, middle and operational managers of companies based in Mashhad food industry and biotechnology town, whose number is equal to 647 people. Of these, 240 people were randomly selected as a sample using Morgan's table. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by the professors and its reliability was confirmed by measuring Cronbach's alpha. The findings of the research indicate that the factors of strategic human resource management including internal environment review, external environment review, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, strategy evaluation and control have had a positive and significant impact on the efficiency of the supply chain. Also, among the factors affecting the efficiency of the supply chain, the review of the internal environment had the greatest impact and the evaluation and control of the strategy had the least impact.
