The Role of Spiritual Intelligence in Management Based on Quranic Verses and Hadiths

One of the types of intelligence is spiritual intelligence, which is one of the most important and necessary issues in the field of management and business, and its direct and significant impact on management can not be ignored. A search in verses and hadiths shows that in the word of God and narrations and hadiths, components of spiritual intelligence are also seen; Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the role and position of spiritual intelligence in management based on Quranic verses and narrations, which has been done by descriptive-analytical method, based on library studies and based on Quranic approach and narration. Use the verses of the Qur'an, narrations and hadiths to determine the importance, value and role of spiritual intelligence and its impact on the management and actions of managers. The results of the research show that knowing and believing in the Lordship of God; Meaning to work and life, deep self-awareness, spiritual wisdom, ability to use spiritual resources, capacity for virtuous behaviors, service spirit, insight, positive feeling, ability to ask basic questions and find fundamental answers, adherence to the covenant, moderation in All aspects of life and understanding of individual and social responsibilities are the most important characteristics of a manager with high spiritual intelligence and the Holy Quran, narrations and hadiths provided clear principles regarding the components of spiritual intelligence and its impact on management. The word of God in the Qur'an and following the example of the prophetic tradition and the Alawite tradition will lead to the increasing promotion of the organization or business.
