Investigating the effect of using educational aids and information and communication technologies on students' mathematical motivation
The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of using educational aids and information and communication technologies on the motivation of eighth grade students in Chabahar city. A semi-experimental design with control group, pre-test and post-test was used. The statistical population is all eighth grade female students in Chabaharmi city. The sample group includes 60 eighth grade students who attended 2 separate classes and were selected by random sampling. In this research, the data collection tool was Harter's standard academic motivation questionnaire (1981). The obtained data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results showed that information and communication technologies have an effect on increasing students' mathematical motivation.
