Teaching life skills based on ten skills model, 4H and TLS

There are a few models for teaching life skills, among which the most famous one is the ten model of teaching life skills, which includes skills 1- Self-awareness 2- Empathy 3- Interpersonal relations 4- Effective communication 5- Coping with stress 6- Management It is based on excitement 7- problem solving 8- decision making 9- creative thinking 10- critical thinking and among these models we can also mention the 4H model which includes thirty five components and its name is derived from four English words whose meanings In Farsi, it means head, heart, hands, and health, and it has many similarities with the TLS model, known as the targeting model, and it can be said that these two models differ only in minor cases, and it can be acknowledged that the use of these models has been neglected in Iran. And more than ten models have been used in teaching life skills, in this research, an attempt has been made to examine these two models more.
