The effect of spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence on the ability of elementary school teachers in the 11th district of Tehran

Spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence are two important components that are very effective on human activity. Spiritual intelligence causes flexibility in behavior, self-awareness and a person's vision of life and its purposefulness. Emotional intelligence also causes people to monitor their feelings and emotions, distinguish and recognize them and use this information as a guide for thinking and behavior. Meanwhile, empowerment is one of the most important techniques in order to increase employee productivity and optimal use of their capacity and abilities in line with organizational goals. This research has been conducted with the aim of connecting spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence with the empowerment of teachers in the 11th education district of Tehran. This research is descriptive-quantitative, and three questionnaires of King's spiritual intelligence, Wang and Lau's emotional intelligence, and Spritzer's empowerment were used to conduct it, and data analysis was done using SPSS software. The results of the research show that emotional intelligence is related to the empowerment of teachers in the 11th education district of Tehran (P-Value = 0.027), while there is no significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and the empowerment of teachers in the 11th education district of Tehran (0.793 = P-Value).
