Feasibility Study of Indicators which Effect in Development of Human Resource Management of shipping Companies, From Seafarer Points of View,

The marine transports based and related to human activities and their physical standard behavior on board of vessels. In line with that to motivating presence of seafarer on board of the ships ,Indicators for human resource managements should take for consideration .The aim of this article is to analysis and explain the factors and indicators which may effects the working condition on board of the vessels for seafarers and elaborating points for the interested parties. The present paper is a research by the participation and inquiry of 376 seafarers experts (Deck & Engine) and the analyzed of the information are presented for the interested of shipping companies managements, human resource managements researchers and cadets consideration .
