Political Thought and the Time of Allameh Hilli

Recognizing and introducing the early Shiite scholars is one of the research works that scholars have usually read. Necessities and goals have been stated for such researches, through which it is possible to reach their different ideas in different chapters of sciences and their tendencies. The late Hassan ibn Yusuf ibn Motahar Hali, one of the famous and prolific Shiite scholars whose research, especially political thought, not only clarifies his method and political orientation, but also influenced his students, is the late Hassan ibn Yusuf ibn Motahar Hali. It is known as Allameh Hali. Allama Hali was one of the Shiite jurists and theologians of the eighth century AH. Oljaito informed the Ilkhanid kings of Allameh's position and scientific authority and invited him to Iran, and Allameh was able to provide lasting services during his 11 years in Iran, such as; Recognition of Shiite religion as the only religion of Iranians, promotion of rich Shiite culture, proof of Imam Ali (AS) guardianship. The finding of the present study in this field is that the late Allameh theoretically divided governments into legitimate and illegitimate categories and legitimized government for God and anyone who has been appointed by God, such as; The Prophet, the Infallible Imam (AS) and the comprehensive jurist know the conditions and know the illegitimate government in them. The research method in this paper is more descriptive-analytical.
