Citizenship of wild animals in Iran and international documents
This article describes in detail and reasonably the definition, necessity and identification of the benefits of wildlife citizenship. The most important output and result of this research, which has been done by descriptive-analytical method, is the text of the proposed law of the institution of citizenship of wild animals, which consists of 6 articles and 1 note. The most important articles of this proposed law are: 1. The rights of protection and protection of animals by a certain government arise from the relationship of citizenship. 2. Under what conditions will wild animals belong to a particular country, including Iran? 3. The citizenship of the infant of wild animals and aquatic animals shall be subject to the mother and the offspring shall belong to the mother and the mother country. 4. The migrating animal will have the citizenship of the destination country as soon as it enters the territory or territory of the destination country. 5. In the course of migration, any encroachment or violation of the rights of the migrating animal by individuals can be pursued and defended by any of the country of destination and origin. 6. If it is not possible to identify effective citizenship during migration: If the animal has crossed the border of the country of origin, it will be protected by the country of destination.
