The Implementation of the General Policies of EGHTESAD-E MOGHAVEMATI in the Light of Laboratory Economics

The general policies of EGHTESAD-E MOGHAVEMATI has been declared by the Supreme Leader aiming provision of a sound growth, improving the economic resistivity indices, and obtaining goals of the Iran’s 1404 Outlook Document, with Jihadi, flexible, opportunity-maker, productive, endogenous, leading and extrovert approach, and this wise guidance promises that the move from oil economy to EGHTESAD-E MOGHAVEMATI is a new approach in which is able to lay the foundations for a comprehensive development of the country. Carrying out this mission needs laying the grounds for and making situations in which if they failed to be realized, one cannot hope of forming the discourse accurately in the society. One of the most strategic means in this path is to utilize laboratory economics which can yield countable and close-to-real-economic-stream data, and therefore it can prepare the needed grounds for implementation, development and better solving of problems and removing economic obstacles related to EGHTESAD-E MOGHAVEMATI ’s discourse in various sectors’ of Iran’s economy. In this way, the current research utilizes descriptive and content analysis method to clarify the implementation of the general policies of EGHTESAD-E MOGHAVEMATI from the point of view of laboratory economics, and studies how to make use of laboratory tests in the implementation of the foresaid policies in the form of giving naturalized solutions, and examines the analytical power of laboratory economics with respect to EGHTESAD-E MOGHAVEMATI policies by focusing on the 7th clause of the declared policies. According to the results, it seems that laboratory economics has the capabilities to decide the right or at least the low-risk decisions in economic activities.
