Providing a native model of the relationship between intellectual capital, market value and stakeholder management with financial performance in non-financial companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange

Intellectual capital is the main factor in creating value in companies, and companies are moving towards creating value through the intellectual capital in the organization.. Based on this, the current research is designed with the aim of determining the relationship between intellectual capital, market value and stakeholder management with financial performance in non-financial companies.The present research method was descriptive of causal-correlation type. The analysis unit of the companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange. The statistical population of the current research was about 200 managers and financial experts of companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange. Simple random sampling method and the sample size was calculated using Cochran's formula in about 132 people. The data collection tool was used to measure the financial performance and market value of the companies' financial statements from 2015 to 2015, and a researcher-made questionnaire was used to measure intellectual capital and stakeholder management.The information analysis tool was Spss software version 23 with regression statistical analysis method. The findings of the research showed that the variables of intellectual capital and stakeholder management have a positive effect on the market value variable with 99% confidence, and the variables of stakeholder management and market value have a positive and significant effect on the financial performance variable. But the variable of intellectual capital has no significant effect on the variable of financial performance. In other words, this research showed that intellectual capital can indirectly affect the financial performance of companies through the management of stakeholders.
