Conceptualizing integrity culture in public organizations

The subject of this article is the study of integrity culture in society, especially in government organizations.
Objective of article:
The objective of paper is identifying constructive dimensions and elements of integrity culture in a public organization.
The research method is qualitative, quantitative, descriptive, field, Survey, and Cross Sectional. For collecting data, two Researcher - made Questionnaire has been used. Considering research analysis level, statistic population is 35 independent offices of a big organization. In according to systematic review, in qualitative section, first researcher – made questionnaire with 110 questions about dimensions and components of integrity culture for experts was designed. In quantitative and field section, second researcher – made questionnaire with 140 questions was designed for measuring integrity culture, and distributing between offices employee of the organization. Reliability (Cronbach's alpha) of integrity culture questionnaire in the studied organization is 0.9801. For data analyzing and answering research questions factor analysis technique and descriptive statistics has been used.
Output:
Results of factor analysis determined that integrity culture has two dimensions (factors). First factor was labelled as “favorable and must culture”. Second factor was labelled as “Unfavorable culture”. Results of descriptive statistics showed, according to the semantic load, level of first factor (favorable and must culture) and second factor (Unfavorable culture) is lower of theoretical mean.
