Presentation of Sales Optimum Pattern, Based on Enterprise Resource Planning in the Petrochemical Industry

Abstract:

The current research is done based on empiricist philosophy, conducted with an inductive approach. Research aim is based on an exploratory research, research method. The statistical population is experts and managers of the petrochemical industry. Sampling is a non-probability, purposeful method. Data collection tools are interviews and questionnaires. In order to analyze the expert interviews, the foundation data method has been validated with the fuzzy Delphi method. The analysis of the research data was done in the qualitative phase with Max QDA software and in the quantitative phase with MATLAB. The results have shown the petrochemical industry can lead the Enterprise Resource Planning system through strategic planning and organizational leadership to achieve the goals of organizational transformation management. These fundamental changes in the industry will lead to synchronize with environmental changes, to customer orientation and to gain competitive advantage, and finally to achieve optimal sales pattern in the petrochemical industry.
