Entrepreneurial engineering in comparison of the learning organization in the development of sports from the point of view of the managers of the sports and youth department of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province

Entrepreneurship is an interdisciplinary field and it is still in its modernization phase, therefore, the properly constructed ones from other scientific fields become a suitable method for its progress and evolution. In this article, the points of commonality and difference between two theories of the entrepreneurial firm and the learning organization from the point of view of the managers of sports and youth departments of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari provinces have been identified, and how the learner's participation and the main structures of the theory of the organization are included in the evolution of the theory of the entrepreneurial firm. The statistical population includes all managers and assistants of sports and youth departments of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, and the sample of this research is equal to the size of the population and the number of 50 people due to the limited statistical population. The results of this research showed that the constructs of the second applied model and double-loop learning play an important role in discovering and exploiting opportunities, therefore, it plays an important role in the evolution of the theory of the entrepreneurial firm and follows the development of sports.
