Designing and explaining the model of promoting social capital based on multiculturalism
This research has been conducted with the aim of developing the model of social capital based on multiculturalism with a case study of the Ministry of Education of Tehran. In terms of the nature of the data, the research is of a qualitative type using the theme analysis method. The statistical population in the qualitative section was 14 officials and managers of the Ministry of Education and reached theoretical saturation. A semi-structured interview was used to collect data. The thematic analysis method was used to analyze the data, and the test-retest reliability method was used to confirm the reliability. Finally, the 4 main variables of social capital, context, leader, and consequence constitute the model, which has three dimensions (individual, organization, community) and social capital, context, and strategy, in two main components of internal and external organizational factors, and consequence in education factors and Culture, justice, efficiency of the organization, interactions and extra-organizational (individual) were extracted for the proposed model, and the final correlation model between the variables was extracted and explained with the opinion of experts, which is in line with the proposed theories.
