Determining the Efficiency Status of Municipalities Based on the Effect of Cultural Intelligence of Employees and Managers of Municipalities in the North of Khuzestan Province on Job Performance Using DEA Linear Planning Model
In order to know the results of its performance in dynamic environments, every organization needs to establish proper performance control and evaluation systems. The purpose of this research is to determine the state of efficiency of municipalities based on the effect of cultural intelligence of employees and managers of municipalities in the north of Khuzestan province on job performance using DEA linear programming model. The present research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of this research will be experts and managers of municipalities in North Khuzestan. The statistical sample was 90 experts and managers of the municipalities of North Khuzestan, who were selected by available sampling method. The data collection tools are two standard cultural intelligence questionnaires, Ang et al. (2004) and Alirezaei et al. job performance questionnaire (2012). Finally, it was concluded that the units of Shush, Dezful; Lali, Izeh and Suleiman Mosque are working and other units are not working.
