Investigating factors affecting organizational improvement in public sectors and ranking them using MADM methods
In today's world, "change" is no longer a choice, but a requirement. Mandatory that is not only true for organizations that are looking for improvement, which is also true for organizations that are looking for a strategy to maintain the status quo because everyone is changing and even non-progressive organizations with a defensive strategy and maintaining the status quo must also They can improve themselves with strength and speed and adapt to changes. Therefore, this research has been conducted with the aim of identifying the effective factors on organizational improvement and prioritizing them. Based on this, after reviewing the literature on the subject and analyzing them, these factors, which include leadership style, organizational structure, organizational entrepreneurship, competence of managers, organizational atmosphere, organizational intelligence, human resource development strategies, employee empowerment, and perceived organizational support, were identified and were ranked using MADM methods.
