Presenting a Optimal Model of Culture in Saveh Primary Schools by Meta-Combined Method
This article has been organized with the aim of presenting the optimal model of elementary school culture in Saveh city in a meta-combined method, which is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative research in terms of how to collect information.
The statistical population includes all professors in the field of educational management and managers with experience in the education organization. For the Delphi process, 10 people were selected using the snowball technique. The collection tool in this study is the Delphi questionnaire. And the indicators have been collected using the meta-combination technique. Analysis was performed using open, axial and selective coding. The validity of the research was obtained by agreement of experts and validity with the help of consensus and formal validity.
In this study, 7 factors of teachers, management, students, growth and development, external factors, teaching methods and organizational structure were introduced as components of school culture. Studies have also shown that these components are in good condition
Management is the most important factor in school culture. The behavior of principals and its functions can play an important role in creating a positive culture in schools.
