Develop a model of a professional organization in the National Iranian Oil Company with an emphasis on improving performance. The research was applied in terms of purpose and the data was collected in a mixed exploratory manner. Based on the Foundation's data method, the required data was collected by conducting 18 interviews and the data was collected in the field. 384 managers and experts of the oil company were randomly selected as a sample using the Cochran formula .He data was analyzed with the help of SPSS software and Smart PLS structural equations. The findings showed that the professional organization model in the National Iranian Oil Company has 19 main categories and 66 subcategories, which based on the results of estimating the structural equations, the causal conditions The main category and this category had a significant effect on the strategies and strategies on the outcomes and intervening and background conditions on the strategies.Also, the strategies to transform the National Iranian Oil Company into a professional organization are the development of a meritocracy system in oil management, the development of a performance evaluation system, the empowerment of human and fair resources. It will facilitate organizational professionalism in National Oil Company.
