Zobdatol Favayed, an Anonymous Culture in the History of Persian Lexicography

The culture of "Zobdatol Favayed" written by the tenth-century Afghan author Shirkhan Soor is one of the valuable but unknown and unknown cultures of the age of Indian lexicography, which despite its great value, has not received much attention from scholars and scholars. In this monolingual encyclopedic dictionary, Shir Khan Sour has explained about twenty thousand words, compositions and terms in Persian to Persian. Apart from the above lexical range and detailed scope of this work, in this culture, other basic features such as the use of known and unknown cultures of the past and the present, attention to the words and terms of masterpieces of Persian poetry, providing abundant Persian poetic evidence and Arabic, explanation of verses, the problem of Persian literature texts and quotations of commentators in the description of verses, translation of Arabic evidences, critical view of Persian cultures, etc. can be seen that has given a good comprehensiveness to this culture. Although the diversity of the interventions of this culture is its strong point, but sometimes it has caused mistakes while explaining the interventions, and the elimination of these mistakes requires a critical look at correcting this culture.
