The role of employees' talent management and psychological rehabilitation in predicting organizational change

Abstract:

The aim of this research is the investigating into the psychological rehabilitation and talent management's role of employees in predicting organizational change. Descriptive study is correlation. Statistic society of the study was 250 people of Irna News Agency's employees in 2015. Sample had been selected by simple random sampling method and according to Krejcie and Morgan table that they were 148 people. Data were collected by using three questionnaire of talent management (Sayyadi et al. (2012), psychological rehabilitation of employee's (Spertiz, 1995) and organizational change (Danham et al, 1998). Validity of this questionnaire was approved by connoisseurs and reliability of questionnaire was obtained by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.90), (0.75) and (0.86) respectively. There had been used descriptive statistic methods (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate regression). The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between talent management and psychological rehabilitation of employee's and its dimensions with organizational change. The results of analyzing multivariate regression showed that there is a significant relationship between predicting talent management and psychological rehabilitation of employee's (p<0.001) and variance explication power of organizational change in Irna News Agency's employees (42%). Also, talent management has three dimensions as talent attracting, talent aligns and retain and developing organizational change significant prediction talent. Among the dimensions of employees' psychological empowerment, only being significant in job, given the choice, efficiency and partnership with others has been significant prediction with organizational change
