Identifying the consequences of memorizing the verses of the Holy Quran on the performance of Quranic memorizers

The purpose of this study was Identifying the consequences of memorizing the verses of the Holy Quran on the performance of Quranic memorizers.The qualitative research method is meta-combined.The research population is two decades of research findings, ie from 1380 to 1400, when 25 articles were purposefully selected based on the objectives of the research.The data collection tool is a receipt that was categorized, coded and analyzed at the same time as the data collection process. The findings indicate that the consequences of memorizing Quranic verses on the memorizers of the Holy Quran can be divided into three categories of cognitive, metacognitive and psychological consequences based on published studies.Cognitive consequences with three main themes called promotion of cognitive intelligence (with two sub-components), promotion of cognitive strategies (with three sub-components) and promotion of Quranic literacy with (three sub-components, Metacognitive implications with three main themes namely metacognitive knowledge (with one component), metacognitive experience (with three sub-components) and metacognitive strategies (with two sub-components)And psychological consequences with three main themes are called mental health promotion with 5 sub-components, reducing violent behaviors with three sub-components and improving quality of life with 4 sub-components. The result is that memorizing the Qur'an has significant consequences in life that need to be considered
