Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between social, cultural and emotional intelligence and job satisfaction in Kermanshah. The research method was descriptive correlational. The statistical population of the study is the citizens working in Kermanshah. In 1397, the number of these people was 334248. Sampling was performed using SPSS Sample Power software. The sample size was 240 people who were selected by cluster random sampling method. Two questionnaires (standard questionnaire for different types of intelligence) and (job satisfaction questionnaire) were used to collect information. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regressions by simultaneous method. To determine the validity of the questionnaires, the opinions of experts as well as the validity of the structure were used and to determine their reliability, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used. In this study, statistical data were processed in SPSS software environment. The results of Pearson correlation show that there is no direct and significant relationship between social intelligence (r = 0.241) and emotional intelligence (r = 0.141), but cultural intelligence did not have a significant relationship with job satisfaction. The results of multiple regression show that social intelligence with (B = 1.223) and socioeconomic status with (B = 0.798) were able to explain 0.32% of variable job satisfaction changes. It is inferred that by increasing the score of emotional intelligence and social intelligence of individuals, we can see an increase in job satisfaction for individuals.
