Education for the sustainable development of Parsabad urban schools and the role of the Education Council in it
Education for Sustainable Development is an educational approach or a learning process connected to the principles of sustainable development that is related to all levels and types of learning and intends to provide quality education in order to achieve sustainable human development learning to know, be, live collectively, take action, and transform individually and socially. The present research is objective in terms of the type of Applied Research and in terms of implementation of the type of correlation. The statistical community of this study is made up of the heads and assistants of the Parsabad municipal schools, and the sample size is randomly simplified by a group of 20 people in the test group and a group of 20 people in the control group. The sampling method in this research is based on purpose. The data collection tool was created through the researcher's questionnaire. Descriptive statistical methods and the T-test of two independent societies were used to statistically analyze the research data. The findings of the study show that the role of the Parsabad Education Council in Educational Planning and participatory learning, research and evaluation, key feedback, organizational and social aspects, and institutional activity for sustainable educational development differ among experimental and control groups. The findings also show that the Education Council plays a role in sustainable educational development.
