The relative importance of education accountability in increasing teacher trust : evidence from primary schools
An organization in which the spirit of trust Reigns, always fights for its survival with the existing problems, in relation to the external and internal environment of the organization, and in order to continue its life, it is able to achieve its goals and goals, identify obstacles and remove them from its forefront. The research aims to examine the relative importance of education accountability in increasing teacher trust. The sample size was selected based on the Cochran formula of 199 people, and the respondents were selected by a simple random sampling method. Standard questionnaires were used to collect information. The Pearson correlation coefficient test was used to test the research hypothesis to find a correlation between independent and dependent variables and the relative importance technique. Therefore, the research hypothesis that the relative weight of Organizational Accountability dimensions is not the same as the impact on increasing organizational trust was confirmed. The findings showed that the dimensions of Education Accountability have a significant impact on increasing the organizational trust of primary teachers.
