Abstract:
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of physical activity level on academic proclivity and happiness. The research was semi experimental and pre-test, post-test with control group. The statistical population was all married female students of Islamic Azad University, Izeh Branch, who were studying in the academic year of 2016-2017. A total of 90 people were randomly selected and divided into 3 groups: 1, 2, and control. First, groups were tested pre-test, Then the experimental groups participated in two programs with a high and moderate physical activity level and the control group did not receive a training program during this period. After exercise, groups were tested to post-test. The data gathering tool was Roswellman Educational Inventory (1984) And Zare's joy and happiness questionnaire (2011). SPSS software and ANCO test were used to analyze the data. The result of the study indicated the effect of physical activity on academic proclivity and happiness and vitality (p> 0.05).
