Data collection tool was Chang et al. (2013) Knowledge Sharing Questionnaire with 10 items and Nahapit and Goshal Social Capital Questionnaires with 21 items based on 5-point Likert scale. Its face and content validity using the opinions of several respondents and experts Were confirmed and their reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.84 and 0.88, respectively. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics (coefficient stepwise regression and analysis of variance). Findings showed that social capital has a significant effect on knowledge sharing. There is also a significant effect of social capital components on knowledge sharing. The fourth hypothesis based on Friedman test shows that communication capital with a coefficient of 2.04 is in the first priority, therefore it has the greatest effect on knowledge sharing, followed by structural capital with a coefficient of 2.03 in the second priority and cognitive capital with a coefficient of 1.93 is in the third and final rank, therefore it has the least effect on knowledge sharing in NAJA.
