Investigating the Effect of Implementing the Components of the Makna Plan on Improving the Performance and Optimal Service of Police Stations and Checkpoints in Bojnourd

The importance of paying attention to excellence and quality management is not hidden from anyone, and this is so important for the police force. The Makna project was launched with the aim of creating quality, development, and organizational excellence in the NAJA, and its principles are local quality management. This plan, which includes the specific needs of NAJA and is based on organizational goals, can achieve the targets of the organization. Makna aims to improve the quality and satisfaction of the people with the police, which requires monitoring, measurement, and analysis. Considering the positive effects of the NAJA (Makna) quality management plan, it seems that its implementation can be transformative and effective for the police. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and analytical and survey in terms of nature and descriptive method. The sample size using the Morgan table for the population of Bojnourd is estimated to be about 1000 people. However, in order to increase the accuracy of the research in the sample size, 278 people were considered based on the Morgan table and the sample members were selected from the clients by simple random method and a questionnaire was completed. According to the results obtained from regression analysis and considering the level of significance (0.000) and because its value is less than 0.05, it can be generally stated that the regression model is significant and between the independent variables (improvement and There is a significant relationship between pleasant environment, process improvement, police behavioral modeling, and creativity and innovation) with the dependent variable (performance improvement and optimal service)
