The effect of comprehensive system preventive plans on reducing crime and offenses in North Khorasan province

< p >Crime prevention is one of the main criminal policy strategies that is always used to contain criminal phenomena. The importance of this strategy is that crime prevention is envisaged and recognized at the level of the trans-disciplinary constitution, namely the constitution and is one of the major programs and policies of the country. Therefore, this study investigates the impact of comprehensive system prevention plans on reducing crime and offenses in North Khorasan province. This research is an applied research based on descriptive-survey method of data gathering. Data analysis was done through chart drawing, graphs and frequency distribution and scattering indices such as standard deviation and mean calculation. In this study, the independent variable t-test and Friedman test were used. Considering the obtained tests and also the significance of the results, it was concluded that the effect of implementing comprehensive preventive plans on crime rates and violations in North Khorasan province was significant and generally reduced crime and violations in different cities of the province and Bojnourd city. The highest rate of crime and violations was observed during the period under review.
