Investigating the role of credibility criterion of judicial bailiffs’ reports on judicial decisions in Bojnourd city

Abstract:
Judicial officers are part of the criminal justice system's task force, whose task is to carry out one of the most important stages of a criminal investigation which is the discovery of a crime. Given the change in the Code of Criminal Procedure in this area, it is necessary to consider the role of the judicial authorities in the new law. The purpose of the present study is to show the effectiveness of the judiciary report in judges' decisions. The present study is cross-sectional in terms of time; it is practical and quantitative in terms of the results, nature, and process of the research. The statistical population of this study consisted of judges and chiefs of courts and prosecution offices, specialized police chiefs and their executive circles, chiefs of police and their districts in Bojnourd in the year 2018, out of them 50 people were selected through stratified random sampling. According to the findings of the research, it was observed that the justice clerks were only determined by law and that the trained and qualified individuals had to be selected as the judicial bailiffs and the results were presented in the form of 7 approaches.
