Designing a human resources diversity management modelCase example: government organizations of Razavi Khorasan province
The purpose of the current research is to design a model of human resource diversity management in the government organizations of Razavi Khorasan province, which has been qualitatively implemented using the foundation's data theorizing approach. Sampling was using snowball method and theoretical method with maximum variety. Data were collected using in-depth semi-structured interviews from 12 participants. Continuous comparative analysis was done using Max Kyuda software. According to the results, the causal conditions of human resource diversity management in Iran's government organizations included macro factors and micro factors. The core category included demographic, psychological and individual dimensions. Also, human resource diversity management strategies included human resource management strategy and diverse business strategies. Intervening factors included cultural factors and organizational factors. Background factors also included social and economic participation.
