Darparchin Catchment is one of the North East basins of Iran which was predictable due to the existence of limestone formations the probably of karstic features diversity on it. This phenomenon, because a pit and underground tunnels in times of crisis can be used for malicious purposes are bandits. Therefore, identification and study of them from the perspective of military and police forces is considered as a necessity issue. Accordingly, identification of its karstic formations was conducted by two methods of field study and using geological maps. It was determined that from the geomorphology perspective of karstic features, this basin is able to be measured in four categories, including Karen and closed depression underground cavities and karstic valleys. Those among these forms of karstic valleys with an area of 9500 square meters are surrounded largest karstic features of this basin. After them Karen, with an area of 7,000 square meters are located in second category. Dolin approximately with an area of 3,000 square meters is allocated as third significant area from karstic features of this basin. Closed holes through the creation of safe natural defenses and bunkers of the most important forms are karsts basin. After closing holes, caves and Ponors due to accommodation and camouflage the movement of troops and underground forces can be considered from the perspective of the military and police.
