An explanatory test of political behavior with hypocritical behavior based on spirituality and strategic thinking of High School Teachers

The main purpose of this research was to test the explanation of political behavior with hypocritical behavior based on spirituality and strategic thinking among secondary school teachers in Mamsani city.

The research method was a correlational descriptive research in terms of nature and content. The statistical population of this research was all 284 secondary school teachers in Mamasani city. To determine the sample size, 165 people were selected from Morgan's table. The sampling method in this research was a simple random one. In this research, Danaei-fard & et al.'s Hypocritical Behavior Questionnaire (2013), Dobrin Political Behavior Questionnaire (1978), Hall Edwards Spirituality Questionnaire (1986) and Goldman Strategic Thinking Questionnaire (2005) were used to collect information. Pearson correlation test, regression analysis and path analysis were used to analyze the data. SPSS21 and PLS statistical softwares were used to perform these analyses.

The findings of this research indicated that there is a significant relationship between political behaviors and hypocritical behaviors through spirituality among secondary school teachers in Mamasani city. Also, there is a significant relationship between political behaviors and hypocritical behaviors through strategic thinking among secondary school teachers in Mamsani city. And finally, it was determined that the conceptual model of political behaviors with hypocritical behaviors through spirituality and strategic thinking among teachers of the second secondary level of Mamasani city has a good fit.

Therefore, considering the appropriateness of the current research model, it is appropriate to use this model for efficiency and effectiveness as much as possible in the target community, and those in charge should pay special attention to the research variables.
