Ethical Considerations:
In order to organize this research, while observing the authenticity of the texts, honesty and fidelity have been observed.
It is very important to pay attention to the right to life, health and health in addition to the right to women's illness. Despite the fact that gender does not make a difference in punishment, we see such differences in the Islamic legal system and the laws of our country that are written on this basis. Differences in the type and amount of punishment, exemption from it and its implementation.
The results of the research show that the non-punishment of women in case of their special health conditions such as menstruation, menopause and pregnancy has not been issued in jurisprudence, Quran, law and medicine, and there is no law in this regard.
