Explanation of Velaee security governance Using the statements of the Supreme Leader

Achieving security requires the use of teachings that have the necessary and sufficient mastery and strength. Various societies, according to their structural and contextual conditions and contexts, should use original resources in the way of reaching security. In Islamic Iran, the existence of some problems and functional problems in the field of security affairs management and the occurrence of some disturbances indicate that the existing processes and mechanisms need improvement and transformation. This article, with the aim of explaining the Velaee security governance, seeks to answer the main question, how can the Velaee security governance be explained by using the statements of the Supreme Leader? In this article, an attempt has been made to explain the Velaee security governance by using the statements of the Supreme Leader, whose words are an interpretation of Islamic texts, texts and propositions, hence the research method is descriptive, the type of research is based on the goal, development and method. The data collection was a library, thematic analysis method and MAXQDA software were used to analyze the information.The findings of this article indicate that Velaee security governance has regulatory, positive and negative functions based on specific principles and procedures. The purpose of Velaee security governance, the field of Islamic principles, rulings and propositions, the people and the guidance and supervision of the government, is a move towards satisfaction and a leap towards achieving the "Islamic State".
