Spatio-temporal analysis of street conflict caused by inner-city accidents (Case study: Zanjan city)
This research, using a mixed research method and with an applied nature, has analyzed the factors affecting the conflict caused by inner-city accidents in the context of Zanjan city. The results of this research show that in Zanjan city, the highest number of inner-city accidents occur in the months of early October to late February. . Also, the highest number of accidents happen between 11 am and 2 pm. From 2 pm to 5 pm, the number of accidents decreases; But it returns to its peak again from 17:00 to 18:00 in the evening. These patterns may be related to factors such as traffic, daily activities, peak traffic hours, and the state of the days of the month. For example, there may be more traffic in the months of early October to late February, and longer days may increase the number of accidents. A fuzzy Delphi analysis, the effective components in the occurrence of conflicts and quarrels in urban accidents in different areas of Zanjan city have been identified. Recklessness and rebelliousness, post-accident stress, profanity and time-consuming car repair have been identified as the main components. In order to reduce conflict and conflict in urban accidents in the mentioned neighborhoods, it is necessary to pay attention to improving the behavior of drivers, reducing stress after the accident, improving communication skills and mutual respect, and providing fast and efficient maintenance services for car repairs in the mentioned neighborhoods.
