Review of Relief and Treatment Experiences in the Fatah Al-Mobin Operation

In this battle, for the first time during the imposed war, a field hospital equipped with an operating room was used. Nearly 200 operating beds, with necessary equipment and supplies were used. The general capacity of the region's hospitals was also used. More than 200 physicians 1,000 nurses, and 2,000 paramedics of volunteered health personnel participated in rescue and treatment of causalities. Small vehicles (ambulances and light cars), minibuses, buses), as well as air relief (airborne helicopters and military aircraft), were widely used to transport the wounded at various levels.
The combat medicine arrangement of Fatah al-Mobin, started from the front line with the presence of rescuers, and the relief and transfer chain started from there. The causalities and wounded were taken to line emergency centers, after initial treatment and vital resuscitation under enemy fire. After necessary treatment and stabilization, there were evacuated to the hospital centers in the region. The massive combat medical operation in Fath al-Mobin is a great experience in the history of the country's health, as well as, in the history of combat medicine. The experiences gained, were used during the Holy Defense and constantly maintained their evolutionary process.
