Providing a Management Model to Deal with the Corona Crisis

In recent years, the Covid-19 pandemic was one of the crises affecting human society. The purpose of this research is to provide a management model to deal with the Corona crisis. In terms of the nature of the data, this research is mixed research, and library studies and a researcher-made questionnaire were used to collect the data, and the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were checked and confirmed. The statistical population of this research included all experts in economic, social welfare, law, and governance in unlimited numbers. The statistical sample of this research in the qualitative part included 20 people who were selected by snowball method and in the quantitative part 384 people were determined by systematic random method from the statistical population. In this research, the Delphi method, structural equations, and partial least squares method with the help of Smart-PLS software were used for data analysis. The results of this research show that the economic response, welfare response, and governance response have a positive effect on the management of the Corona crisis. But the reaction of democracy has a negative effect on the management of the Covid-19 crisis.
