Abstract:
Objective

The present study was conducted with the aim of explaining the jurisprudential ruling of cheating in the exams of the educational system.

Methods

This pudding is of the basic type and was done in 2022. In this research, which is a descriptive-analytical method, the findings have been obtained by examining the four sources of jurisprudence, namely the Qur'an, Sunnat, reason and the consensus of jurists.

Results

Research findings in the Holy Quran and hadiths show that titles such as fainting, betrayal and cruelty are definitely sanctited. In the case of intellect, the findings show the sanctity of the mentioned titles, because on the one hand, intellect confirms them, and on the other hand, the ruling of reason is also the ruling of Sharia. Terminological consensus is not relevant here.

Conclusion

The analysis of the data, which shows the absolute sanctity of fainting, betrayal, and cruelty, leads us to the conclusion that cheating in exams, which is one of the obvious examples of these titles, has absolute sanctity.
