The requirements of the child's religious upbringing from the point of view of educational jurisprudence

Abstract The purpose of this research is to examine parts of the rulings; the duties and responsibilities of parents in the field of personal and social education of the child are to be presented to the audience, especially parents and guardians of education, in the form of a systematic collection, with fluent literature. The method of this research is analytical and inferential, in this way first the concept of education and belief and then the term meaning of religious education were examined and in the next step the reasons for the obligation of children's religious education on parents from a jurisprudential point of view were expressed and analyzed in verses and traditions. The findings indicate that in order to prove the "obligation of children's religious education on parents", among the six investigated reasons, the second three reasons are distorted; Contrary to the first three reasons that indicated the merit of the defendant. It was also proved that the commands of the divine religion are the most correct and reliable prescriptions for the education of human beings, which both receive the pleasure of God and guarantee the happiness of this world and the hereafter. In the process of education, it is possible that the compliance of religious education with scientific and practical prerequisites is stopped, which is also obligatory due to the obligatory introduction; it means that maybe the father himself needs to acquire knowledge in order to be able to convey the beliefs to his child in the correct way.
