Abstract:
Background

In the process of entrepreneurship, a business is launched and new business models are created using creative and innovative ideas. This process is known as one of the important factors of economic development in many countries and many universities and educational institutions offer courses in this field. Considering the growing importance of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship development policy needs a precise basis from a theoretical point of view in order to help create an entrepreneurial economy with more entrepreneurs and achieve the goals set in the country. Entrepreneurship in a competitive and market-based economy is a key role today, because in a dynamic economy, ideas, products and services are always changing and because all active elements in the economic scene (producer, consumer and capital) transition) should engage in entrepreneurship. On the other hand, with the presence of women in the society, the role of this stratum becomes more apparent in economic processes, which makes it necessary to pay attention to it.
