In this regard, keywords related to the purpose of the study were searched and the obtained papers and documents were examined using purposive sampling according to the acceptance criteria. Finally, 36 papers meeting the inclusion criteria were analyzed using the three-step coding method (open, axial, selective) by MAXQDA 20 (2020) software. The reliability of coding was calculated using kappa agreement coefficient in SPSS software with a value of 0.83.
