Abstract:

The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between school-oriented management style and resilience with job burnout in primary school teachers. The method of the current research was a correlational description. The statistical population of this research consisted of all primary teachers of Mashhad city, based on Morgan's table, the sample number was estimated to be 384 people. The sampling method in this research is random sampling. For this purpose, Davadipour et al.'s (2008) School Management Style Questionnaire, Meslech and Jackson's (1981) Job Burnout Questionnaire, and Tab Orikaner and Davidson's (2003) Questionnaire were used to collect information. After collecting the data, descriptive statistics, correlation and regression indicators were used to analyze the data using SPSS 24 software. The results of the analysis showed that there is a relationship between school-oriented management style and resilience with job burnout in primary school teachers (p<0.05).
