Analyzing the impact of sustainable human resources management approach on social responsibility: evaluating the mediating role of social capital (Case of Study: Small and Medium companies of West Azarbaijan Province)
This research aims to investigate the role of sustainable human resources management approach on corporate social responsibility with the mediating role of social capital. This research was developmental-applicative in terms of its purpose. Also, according to the data collection method, it is a descriptive-survey type and is included in the category of correlational research. The statistical population of the present study consists of experts and active managers in the human resource management department of small and medium-sized companies in West Azerbaijan province. The sample size included 190 people who were selected by simple random sampling. The structural equation modeling method was used with the help of SPSS24 and Smart PLS4 software to analyze the hypotheses. The data show that sustainable human resource management .immediatedirectly impacts the organization's social responsibility and social capital; Also, social capital has a positive and direct impact on the organization's social responsibility. Finally, the mediating role of social capital between sustainable human resource management and corporate social responsibility was confirmed. According to the research findings, it can be said that the sustainable human resource management approach is one of the main factors affecting the development of social responsibility in companies. It can also be pointed out that despite the points of commonality between social capital and social responsibility, to promote social responsibility, companies must choose appropriate strategies for the development of social capital within the organization.
