Designing a model of social media environment antecedents with a social media trust approach to social security
The present study aimed to design a model of social media environment antecedents with a socio-media trust approach to social security. This study is an applied goal in terms of implementation method in the form of a descriptive-survey research with a cross-sectional approach. The statistical population includes all citizens in Tehran, from which a sample of 200 people has been selected. In this study, a questionnaire including 6 dimensions and 26 questions was used to collect information to test the hypotheses. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed using content validity method and convergent validity and the reliability of the questionnaire was calculated by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient and combined reliability. To test the hypotheses, the partial least squares technique and Smart PLS software were used. The results of testing research hypotheses showed that information quality has a positive and significant effect on social trust; Information credibility has a positive and significant effect on social trust; Perceived honesty has a positive and significant effect on social trust; Social trust has a positive and significant effect on social capital; Social trust has a positive and significant effect on social security; Social capital has a positive and significant effect on social security. Overall, the findings of this study show that the antecedents of the social media environment can play a positive role in shaping social security by influencing trust and social capital.
