Presenting the Strategic Thinking Skill Model in Farhangian University of Mazandaran Province

The ability to interpret unrelated and unplanned events andevents is the biggest sign of the success of successful managersof current organizations, and these abilities are actually thesame strategic thinking in an organization, which itself showsa fundamental deficiency to bring an organization toexcellence and empowerment. The purpose of this research isto present the model of strategic thinking skills in FarhangianUniversity of Mazandaran province and the research is appliedin terms of purpose and descriptive-survey and cross-sectionalin terms of research method. The statistical population of theresearch includes 150 employees of Farhangian University ofMazandaran province in the academic year 2015-2016, and theresearch was conducted based on the data collected from 150subjects, using the census sampling method. The required datawas collected using a questionnaire and analyzed throughSPSS and LISREL software. For data analysis, sample t-testand exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were used.The findings showed, according to the results obtained fromthe exploratory factor analysis and also; The results ofstandard coefficients, t values and R2 value in confirmatoryfactor analysis, each of the components of systemic thinking,strategic determination, advancement based on scientificapproach, intelligent opportunism, strategic impact andinfluence, understanding the situation based on learning andcognitive concepts and ability Creating organizationalinfrastructures are effective in explaining strategic thinkingskills in Farhangian University of Mazandaran province, sothe final model of strategic thinking skills in FarhangianUniversity will consist of the seven mentioned components. Inthe end, according to the results, in order to improve thesituation of the components that explain strategic thinkingskills, practical and applicable suggestions were presented.
