Investigating the effect of knowledge sharing behavior on innovative functional behaviors with the mediating role of personal learning orientation
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of knowledge sharing behavior on innovative functional behaviors with the mediating role of personal learning orientation. The case study is the Tax Affairs Department. The aim of the research is applied and its method is descriptive-correlation; it in terms of data collection is a field research. The statistical population of the research is all the employees of the Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari tax affairs department (326 people), among them, according to the research variables (three main variables with 51 items and 5 people for each item), that is, a total of 255 people are determined as the sample and are selected in a stratified random manner. Research tools are Bohlul et al.'s knowledge sharing questionnaire (2013), Derakhshan Samani's personal learning orientation questionnaire (2021) and Jansen's innovative functional behaviors questionnaire (2000). The validity of the questionnaires is confirmed by experts and their reliability coefficient is estimated using Cronbach's alpha formula for knowledge sharing questionnaire 0.81, orientation questionnaire 0.81 and innovative functional behaviors questionnaire 0.79. Structural equations model and partial least squares approach are used to investigate the research hypotheses. The results obtained will show that the knowledge sharing has an effect on innovative functional behavior, and the effect of knowledge sharing on personal learning orientation will significant too, and the effect of personal learning orientation on innovative functional behavior will also been confirmed. Also, the mediating role of personal learning orientation in the effect of knowledge sharing on innovative functional behavior will been confirmed
